OUR STORY

Family. Faith.
A lasting legacy.

Veronica and Abraham Whitaker share a commitment to family, faith, and business ownership. Inspired by earlier generations, they aim to create opportunities their children, grandchildren, and future generations can carry forward.

ABRAHAM WHITAKER

A business built
from the ground up.

After attending Columbia State Community College for two years, Abraham transferred to Tennessee State University. In 1989, he founded Whitaker’s Detailing, turning his ambition to own a business into reality. The business grew to eight mobile detailing units, serving commercial clients in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville.

VERONICA WHITAKER

Opening doors for
the next generation.

Veronica began a free mentoring program in 2020 to encourage young women to become trucking business owners. Her work reflects the Whitakers’ belief in mentorship and in passing an ownership mindset to the next generation.

THE CONNECTION

Their shared story centers on consistency, entrepreneurship, and building businesses together while doing work they love.
