Continuing their family tradition of business ownership and spiritual faith, the Whitakers have laid claim to take their faith a little further by proclaiming, “Anyone thenceforth with our blood, will work for the businesses that we built.” In other words, as the Whitakers are carrying the ownership mentality they learned from their ancestors, they have hope that their grandchildren and great-grandchildren will continue it and so on.
Knowing the value of mentorship, Veronica has also begun preparing the next generation of female truck owners by starting a free mentoring program in 2020. Through the mentoring program, Veronica aims to inspire young women to venture into owning their own trucking companies.
